2. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with the inspection guarantee coupon attached and intact, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund . If the product is damaged, dirty or missing a control tag, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund. The product will be sent back to you and the shipping cost will be charged.
Mogrovejo Srl reserves the right to credit and refund the returned goods at a value lower than the purchase value by the Customer, in the event that the above conditions are not respected. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Mogrovejo Srl will refund the amount of the products subject to the withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days. The products must be returned to: Via Francesco Giordani, 11 - Mogrovejo Srl - Naples 80121, which undertakes to verify and evaluate the conditions of the returned goods, crediting the Customer with the amount due by issuing a regular accounting document. The direct costs of returning the products are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless expressly exempted by Mogrovejo Srl. As required by the art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Mogrovejo Srl may suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods. Mogrovejo Srl will carry out the reimbursement by bank transfer and if the Customer intends to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must provide the complete bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC and all other data deemed necessary to carry out the reimbursement.
Legal guarantee of conformity
In the event of receipt of products that do not correspond to the intended use or are defective, the Customer has the right to have the conformity of the product restored without charge by repairing or replacing the product. The Customer can exercise this right if the defect appears within two years of delivery of the goods and reports the defect to Mogrovejo Srl within two months of discovery.

Delivery methods and tax documents
For each order processed, appropriate tax documentation (DDT or accompanying invoice) is issued to accompany the goods shipped. The tax documentation issued contains the information provided by the Customer during the purchase procedure. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the invoice.
Responsibility
Mogrovejo Srl assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, even if dependent on malfunctions and disservices of the Internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times established by the contract.
The Customer has the right to access the site for consultation and making purchases. No other use, especially commercial, of the site or its contents is permitted.
Integrality
These General Conditions of Sale are made up of all the clauses that compose them.
If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Sale are considered invalid or declared as such pursuant to law, regulation or following a decision by a court having jurisdiction, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.
Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute that does not find an amicable solution will be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples.
In any case, it is possible to optionally resort to the mediation procedures referred to in Legislative Decree 28/2010 and subsequent amendments, for the resolution of any disputes arising in the interpretation and execution of these conditions of sale.
